ABOUT US
We started our business with one goal in mind: To provide authentic, wood fired, Neapolitan pizza. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we’ve managed to become masters of the craft. Based in Poole and offering our services across Dorset, we want to share our pizza with you.
We provide pizza that is made from only the best ingredients; Our sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes which are only produced in Naples, Italy; Our dough is fermented for 24 hours using Caputo flours which are the superior flour in pizza making, again from Italy. Our dough is made from scratch by us each and every time, no frozen or pre-bought dough meaning that we can make your pizza as authentic as possible.
Where and When?
You can book us for your event, we can attend your small intimate garden party or cater for larger functions such as weddings or corporate events. We have multiple setup options to enable us to access venues where larger equipment would struggle, we also have larger set up options, even with cover for your guests on the rainy days.
